Vibrators are noisy, use lots of power and wear out to soon so I recan a modern solid state version that mimics the vibrator, uses less power and lasts forever.
Starting the solid state modification of the vibrators
First is to grind the crimp of the can bottom
Then start peeling up the crimp
Vibrator ready to be gutted
Guts removed and plug end cleaned up for reuse
9 ready for assembly
Solid state vibrator attached to the pins
Leads attached
Modules installed and epoxied
Vibrators completed with paint and labels
